Send your photo using either our image upload form or by email. You can also post physical photograph's and CD's which will be safely returned. Please also give us any preferences you have regarding colours and sizes. |
Within 48 hours of receiving your enquiry we will email several water-marked digital proofs with different colour combinations. We will make any changes until you are happy. |

When you have approved your final proof and have decided on the size and finish for your portrait, payment can be made either over the telephone, by cheque or securely online via a Paypal invoice. |
Within 7 working days from ordering, your personalised portrait will be packed carefully and delivered to you via courier ready for you to hang. If you urgently require a portrait, please contact us advising of the time in which you require it by and we will see if we can meet the deadline. |
