At Poparted we pride ourselves on providing the best customer experience by offering quality artwork and services with a no-quibble guarantee. For any reason you are not completely satisfied with your personalised artwork, we will refund your order or offer you a reprint at no extra charge.

In the event that you wish to return or exchange your art piece, there several things you should know:

• You may return or exchange your custom portrait up to seven days from the date you received your art work.

• You are responsible for shipping the artwork back to us, and all the costs associated with that shipment. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

• If you decide to have your art piece exchanged, you will receive your new art piece within 30 days from the date we received the returned art piece from you.
