How to order a charcoal portrait

 

send photo

photoSend your photographs via our upload form or by email. We can also scan photos sent in the post.

Tell us any preferences you may have regarding sizes or the composition of your portrait design.

You can also post photo's for us to scan. Alternativly send them on a CD or a memory stick.

 

receive digital proofs

Once we have confirmed that your photo is suitable to use, we will email several water-marked no-obligation digital proofs with varying colours and layouts within 3 - 5 working days.

Proof examples

We will make any changes until you are happy with the final design and are ready to place your order.

Need it fast? We can send proofs within 2 working days for a fee of £10 which would be deducted from the final cost of your print.

When you are happy with your final design, choose the size and the finish for your portrait (Box canvas or Satin photo print) Scroll down for more details and prices.

Payment can be made either over the telephone with any major debit/credit card, by cheque or securely online via a Paypal email invoice.

 

 

Hang and admire your artwork

Within 3 working days from placing your order, your personalised box canvas masterpiece will be packed carefully and delivered to you via courier ready to hang with attached wall fixings.

Satin photo prints are shipped in strong cardboard tubes within 2 working days.

Satin photo posters are shipped via Royal mail recorded delivery. Please add £5 for Satin prints to be delivered by courier.
