Quality is very important to us at Poparted; We only use the best materials, printers and inks for our prints.
Our box mounted canvas prints are hand-stretched over a professionally made high quality chunky anti-warping 3.8 cm deep european pine stretcher frames which are kiln dried and knot free for extra strength. These frames are not susceptible to warping like the cheaper softwood frames which are available from other companies.
We use high quality seedless cotton canvas which is further protected with two coats of a satin spray UV varnish for extra protection and to intensify the colours.
We use a premium quality 12 colour Canon ink system which has been tested to provide minimum 75 years protection against fading.
All of our canvas prints come with fitted wedges in each corner, these are an essential part of any canvas; Not only do they add more strength to the canvas, giving it additional tension, they also remove the risk of sagging with the ability to re-tension the print if necessary.
Medium and large canvases have a central crossbar to maintain long term structural integrity.
We finish our canvases with backing tape.
The edges of the print are primarily left white, however we can extend the image around the side of the frame, this method is called 'Gallery Wrap'.

- Hi-definition 12 colour printing
- Backing tape on rear of frame.
- Pine wedges supplied for adjusting tightness.
- Ready to hang straight on to the wall with attached wall fixings.
- Packaged in a strong cardboard box with several layers of protection to ensure safe delivery.
